Holistic therapy in Los Gatos & Santa Cruz
Providing therapy to teens and adults.
In therapy with me you will be welcome, just as you are, as we work together to understand your unique circumstances. We'll look closely at what you might be struggling with, and how you can have a new experience of yourself and what is possible in your life.
Here's what you can expect from me: I will listen to you with my whole self. I will ask you thoughtful questions. I will challenge your assumptions. I will try to see into some of your blind spots, and make connections perhaps you haven’t been able to make yet. And I will do my best to help you have a fresh and surprising encounter with yourself, one that you can draw upon long after you leave the session.

I bring curiosity, warmth, and humor to my relationships with clients in therapy. I enjoy working with teenagers and adults who are looking for support through times of growth and change. These periods can be catalysts to cultivating a deeper understanding of who we are. I use a holistic approach, drawing from a variety of theories and modalities, to provide a wide array of emotional and behavioral tools. I look forward to helping you work toward specific goals, or provide support on an ongoing basis.
